PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!!! tivemos problema de falta de energia e água quente logo na primeira noite de hospedagem. No dia seguinte nos colocaram em outro apartamento com a promessa de voltarmos ao original alugado na última noite. Na noite anterior a nossa volta, Rute me enviou uma mensagem dizendo que o apartamento não estava pronto e não nos ajudou em encontrar um outro lugar pra ficar. Estávamos em 6 pessoas, sendo 2 crianças e 1 idosa. Tivemos que sair a procura de um lugar para ficar, já que essa péssima anfitriã não teve a mínima sensibilidade com a situação, fazendo o reembolso (DA ÚLTIMA NOITE, JÁ QUE ELA MESMA CANCELOU) e dizendo que não poderia ajudar com mais nada. Por sorte encontramos pessoas que nos ajudaram e encontramos um lugar pra ficar, porque a depender da anfitriã RUTE, poderíamos dormir na rua.

El alojamiento es tal cual como sale en las fotos, todo está renovado y muy bien decorado y moderno, sin embargo, el servicio eléctrico fue pésimo no se podía prender varios artefactos porque se interrumpía el servicio eléctrico, si encendías las cocinas. Había que apagar el aire y son tres aires, tiene un consumo eléctrico no conforme a las demandas del alojamiento

Estupendo lugar para alojarse en Faro, limpio y elegante. La única pega es que la potencia de la luz es tan baja que no podíamos encender dos fuegos de la vitrocerámica a la vez que la ducha, incluso sin usar aire acondicionado, por lo que cocinar era muy complicado.

My stay was good. Rute’s apartment was very warm and welcoming. Fully stocked with all desired appliances. Only had a problem with the power switch that went off every now and again. She however advised on how to switch it back on whenever it went off.

The location of this apartment is great and it's nicely furnished with all the cooking equipment you would need for a basic stay. Despite toilet roll being listed as an essential which this listing apparently supplies, this is not the case. Only one roll was supplied for 5 people for a 4-day stay and we were told we would need to buy more. There was also no hand soap, just an empty soap dispenser. When we tried to use the oven the electricity would trip out and the host informed us to simply unplug other things (we hadn't plugged in any other additional appliances) we were also told how to fix it, this happened repeatedly and the host was aware so this is clearly an ongoing issue with the property. The cleanliness in the bathroom leaves something to be desired. The shower drain was very scummy and had toothpaste remnants and bits of hair in the toothbrush holder. The bathroom bin had also not been changed between tenants. You are only provided with one set of keys. It is impossible to open the door to exit the flat without the keys. This meant that we all had to be in or out of the flat at the same time as whoever stayed back would either have to be locked in or the people who were out would be locked out and have to be let in. I find this to be dangerous and more sets of keys should be provided to alleviate this issue. Other than the above-listed issues our stay was pleasant and the location is only a 10-minute walk from central Faro. There was also lots of free unrestricted parking available. This will be a lovely listing provided the above issues are resolved.
