Listing things for future customers to consider first! Bring water source if you are not comfortable drinking tap water. Cooking will be limited to small meals that can be prepared either on outdoor grill, air fryer, microwave, and two small hot plates, there isn’t a “kitchen”. Coffee maker is a Keurig. All that being said, this is a great place with a sunset view and hot tub. It’s quiet away from the hustle and bustle daily life is filled with. My kids enjoyed playing by the fire pit, and on the river bank beach. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. Francine is very responsive as a host. She provided clear directions for check in and check out. She was prompt to answer any questions we had and had recommendations for us.

My husband and I booked a weekend to celebrate my birthday. I’m pregnant and went to enjoy some peace and quiet. We arrived Friday night so really only had Saturday to relax. Unfortunately on Saturday she alerted us that tree trimmers would be coming around. We thought it would be a quick job but there was loud sawing and chatter right outside the apartment window until evening. So I didn’t get the rest I needed. She gave us a bottle of Prosecco as consolation (which of course I can’t drink) but I would have much rather had the rest and relaxation we were coming for. We asked for an early afternoon check-out but she prioritized the next guest checking in on time over us who were inconvenienced. Next time it would be great to prioritize the staying guest and reschedule any other appointments that might disturb guests’ peace and comfort. It would have been a lovely stay otherwise. I did appreciate that she was friendly and responsive.

Everything went by great. i do believe the pictures need to be updated and more pictures of the house. not sure if it was cleaned before we got there but it’ was very nice. i would def go back again soon
