The hotel is very nice and clean. the staff is friendly and attentive. the location is right in the central historical neighborhood close to attractions, cafes, restaurants, etc. the only issue was that the listing said there was a kitchen in the unit but there is not, only a refrigerator. other than that, the stay was perfect!

The hotel was in a great location. Clean hotel, great value. I left my passport behind but the staff never communicated with me they had found it. At the same time my mistake for leaving it behind. Overall, good experience

A kind community runs this hotel and it's in an ideal location to see the sights of Cuenca. I stayed for a month and they took excellent care of me. I definitely recommend staying here.
