Great location in the old town of Estepona and the apartment has the privilege of a beachfront location
The old town is full of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Discover the old town back streets and discover some of the hidden gems of this wonderful town

There are so many places to eat and most are very good
Have a look at these for a start but you will find lots of your own favourites
Restaurante ALMA de Miguel. Great food and atmosphere
La Casa Del Rey . Quite intimate and lovely food, gets very busy
Le Petit Paris. In the port and amazing food
Restaurante El Pescado. Seafood almost below the apartment, a big favourite with locals and visitors
Restaurante La Tarantella. Lovely restaurant with great Italian food
Great tapas at very reasonable prices
Bar Restaurante CASA PARRE
Address: Cam. del Padre Cura, Estepona,
La Surena in a corner of Plaza de Flores. Great tapas and great value in a little corner to watch the world go by
Another is Checas Bar In a really lovely little square with a few tapas bars, very Spanish and reasonable

Good food/tapas
Can get very busy though, very Spanish
This is in an area where there are lots of little bars and surprises, some quietly hidden away. Just walk around and you will see some interesting places. You could be the only tourists in some of these bars they are so Spanish
All of these are close and some very very close except Petit Paris which is a 10-15 minute stroll along the seafront but so worth the walk along the seafront

Arriving at Estepona from Malaga airport (on the A7 and exit 1067) is quite easy and possible by bus from outside the arrival hall. It is a distance of around 80 kms and takes about 1hr 15mins.
The timetable and cost can be found on the avanzagroupo website or alternatively more information can be found on the Malaga airport tourism Estepona site.
The coach station in Estepona is about 1km from the apartment along the beach road. There are normally taxis at the coach station.
Getting around the town from the apartment is very easy, 100m from Calle Terraza, basically the town centre.
You are a very comfortable walking distance to all the the town's bars, restaurants and shops .
The marina is about a 15 minute walk along the beachfront with chiringuitos along the way should you wish to stop for refreshments
There are parking lots around town with prices ranging from €1/day increasing to €3- €4 for overnight stay (open air and 48hrs max), to €18/day, covered.
There is free parking available about 800 m from the apartment, towards Carrefour but in the popular months spaces can be hard to find.
There are some free street parking spaces available mainly heading towards the marina, but these can be a little hard to come by though.
APARTMENT DIRECTIONS

If you are getting a taxi the use the address Avenida España, 104. Estepona 29680 and that will get you there.
It’ll drop you outside an opticians,Alain Affelou, just past a Santander bank on the right hand side
If you are driving you come in to Estepona on the A7 road you will go past Carrefour supermarket on the road when you turn off.
Keep heading straight into town on Avenida Espana (signs say road blocked, but we are before that) and stop just before where the road ends (again outside Alain Affelou just past the Santander) and I will see you there, we are above the shop Ale Hop
If you tell me what car you have when you collect it I will find you
If it has a satnav put in the address Avenida España, 104. Estepona 29680 that will get you there


If you get the coach it will drop you about 2km’s away. There is a taxi rank there but let me know if you will use this option
Can we kindly ask that if you have not already indicated your expected arrival time could you please text us about 1 hour before your arrival in Estepona as we live outside of town and need to travel in
Free Parking
Should you want the free parking (if there are any spaces left) you need to take the 1067 turn off on the A7 road and follow the sign towards Estepona.
You will see a big Carrefour Hyperstore on your left, then you have a roundabout. Go straight on from the roundabout for about 400m then there is a small road on the right.
Take that road and about 50m along there is a parking lot with limited spaces.
