Very cozy place, full of personality and in a very good location. The apartment had everything I looked for to fit the stay to my needs. It also has a nearby 7-11 for quick bites and helpful employees. Very recommended!

The place is surprisingly spacious and well designed. The unit has everything you need when staying in an Airbnb. We appreciate the additional sofa bed in front of the double bed, which is perfect for three people. The place shows its age through the aircon (but the noise is white noise for me, so all's good) and the bathroom pipes but the rest of the furniture and the design of the condo make up for what's lacking. The addition of the free parking is much appreciated and Brice's parking slot is conveniently located just a few steps from the elevators. A tip for those who will stay: ask the guards ahead where to park because there are two parking entrances in the building. Great place to stay when staying in Alabang. Will be back for sure!

We booked the place since our usual hotel was already full. It was just a few minutes walk to Filinvest City Central Park, Festival Mall, and South Station. Check-in was a breeze as host has provided detailed instructions on where to go and how to enter the unit. Keyless door is also very convenient. For the place itself it was as it was in the photos. Basic amenities and toiletries are included as indicated in the listing. My friends also loved the huge tv where we watched some netflix and we never had a problem connecting to the internet. The only cons that we had like mentioned in some of the reviews is the noisy ac unit. If you are sensitive to sound this will irk you but for us it eventually became like white noise that made sleeping better. Also since unit is so high up going down the building is kind of a task so make sure to buy everything you need before entering the unit. There are also tiny cockroaches but not that noticeable.
