Second visit. There will be a third. And fourth. And fifth…😀 Great tiny house vibe on a beautiful piece of property. The hosts are communicative and helpful but give lots of space. Close to Benton & Little Rock for conveniences/entertainment, but if being still and quiet is your preference, this place is PERFECT.

We LOVED staying at this tiny home!! It was sooo wonderful and peaceful. I wanted to move in. My dog was fascinated by the horses…he’d never seen one up close. I’ve already been telling everyone how wonderful it was. Could definitely see us repeating this vacay spot. LOVED!!!!

My pup and I felt right at home… this place was so cozy and clean. It rained all day on 1 of the 2 days we stayed but I didn’t mind ordering out and staying in to watch movies. We loved walking outside by the pond and seeing the horses. Pond was literally right outside the front door. I spent most of my day fishing and caught a few big crappies. The host was super helpful and responsive and even made sure we could find the place.

I booked Joanne's tiny house for my mother while work was being done on mother's home. My mother has two small dogs that were welcome and loved their daily walks around the beautiful pond. The tiny space was immaculent and didn't seem tiny at all. This was a last minute booking and Joanne was lightning fast in her responses. Super peaceful and relaxing.
