Ich habe mich bei Sujata und ihrer Familie wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sicheren Wohnanlage. Ich komme sicher wieder!

Sujatas place offers a real Indian experience. The apartment is a little way out of town and get advice about the bus system before setting off but public transport is fantastic, cheap and efficient - if noisy. The room is cleaned twice a day and the bathroom has hot water at any time, although it was so warm I didn't need it, cold showers were great to cool down! Sujata provides a variety of breakfasts which was fun - I had stuffed parathas and egg through to cornflakes with milk - and her cooking in the evening is quite delicious. Bengal is renowned for its sweet so expect some of these too. I recommend a stay with this family. Internet access was poor so this was a problem until I was directed to the internet cafe just around the corner - here I could complete my blog and get on with booking my next train.

Sujata es una persona agradable y dedicada. Es abierta, responsable y respetuosa. Me sentí como en casa desde el principio, con ella y con su hijo. La casa está cerca del aeropuerto pero también es un buen lugar para quedarse mientras se visita Kolkata, pues está bien comunicado con metro.

Eigentlich hatte Sujata ihr Zimmer bereits vermietet, stellte mir jedoch spontan ihr Gästezimmer zur Verfügung, welches für Familienangehörige gedacht ist. Bad hatte ich deshalb kein eigenes, sondern musste dies mit der Familie teilen, was jedoch absolut kein Problem war. Sujata ist eine liebenswürdige Person und sehr auf das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste bedacht. Ausserdem ist sie eine exzellente Köchin und bietet auch Kochkurse an. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, dafür jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum ist aber mit der Metro gut erreichbar. Sauberkeit tipptopp! Der Aufenthalt bei Sujata und ihrem herzigen Sohn gab mir einen guten Einblick in das Leben einer Bengali-Familie. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Kolkata würde ich sofort wieder bei Sujata wohnen.

Sujata is a nice host. Her house is on the main road and 15 minutes from the airport if there are no traffic signals on. In case the traffic signal is on it may take longer , upto 30 minutes to reach the airport. Her house is clean and cozy. The room I stayed in was small but well furnished. I felt very comfortable there. She prepared breakfast and lunch for me and the food was very tasty. I'll definitely stay there again.
