Enjoyed my stay at this airbnb while visiting Peoria area! Beds were comfortable and it accommodated our stay while in the area.

Joseph communicates extremely proactively & well. Guest expectations and instructions are spot on. Kitchen was nicely stocked with hardware for cooking--we brought all of our own ingredients, so I did not check for pantry items. Residence was very clean with sweet Christmas welcome goodies laid out for guests--so thoughtful. Pets are allowed - we always travel with at least one "baby" gate and I'm glad we did, as the utility area by the back door had a few items that a more feisty pet than our slug of a dog may have gotten into and been concerning for an animal--but the baby gate worked great to secure the area, and the dog.

The place and location was great but I felt like I was asked to pay for things I did not think were fair for the high cost of the stay. $20 for each of our dogs and an additional $10 for our sister to sleep on couch. Then when asked to check out an hour later I was told it would be another $20. Overall great place .
