The place is ok if you don’t expect much, as we took a 6 pax for 3 rooms apt size. However the flwg could be improved on 1) the spring mattress located in the 3rd room is faulty and difficult to find the Aircond switch for the room. Can marked it out clearly 2) No place to hang towels or clothes when taking shower 3) No place to hang cloth in the bed rooms also. 4) Plus point is got washing & dry area and Host is responsive 5) Wifi not strong when 2 person using at the same time for zoom 6) The socket near the dining table not working

Old building. Heavy rain & wind made my car covered with building paint patches when it’s parked in the car park.

Overall very good, the only thing need to improve is the internet Wifi. The signal is weak and can’t connect

Ms Ku is super nice and responsive during our stay to solve our little problem with the WiFi. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Kota Bharu.
