Cozy cottage style home in Kansas City Northland, quiet neighborhood with a big fenced in backyard close to major hospitals. This is a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy time at this peaceful place to stay! Easy access to I-35, I-435, it’s a 14 minute drive to Arrowhead stadium/GEHA, close to Kansas City International Airport, Kansas City downtown, 13 minutes from T-Mobile Center, The Plaza, 4 minutes away from Worlds of Fun and nearby Casinos! This is an 864 sq ft small sized cozy cottage. The rooms are not big enough but able to fit queen bed and bedside table and a dresser on 1 bedroom and one full sized bed, lamp bedside table and dresser on the other room.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Yard was totally fenced with no gaps for a dog to get out. Nieme responded quickly to any questions I had.
We came for the Brewers/Royals game. We enjoyed our stay in Kansas City. Nieme's property was perfect for our needs. It was close to any attractions we chose to take advantage of.
We enjoyed our stay! Everything was like the photos and the beds are very comfy!
The host made my stay really nice. She left little gifts I appreciatted.
I enjoyed the back yard,very relaxing, my children and animals loved it, we had movie night in the living room with all accommodations of sitting& sleeping!! Very clean and quiet. It was an easygoing experience even though I had left things behind, Nieme’s response very quickly and was able to make arrangements for returning my items to me!! Will definitely BOOK again soon.

I am happily married to a wonderful husband for 12 years. I’m a Physical Therapist by profession and was a travel Physical Therapist in Oregon and Washington before I move to Kansas City, Missouri 13 years ago. Together we have 3 beautiful kids ages 7 to 11. We have a 2 year old pug mixed dog Lucy. We live in a family friendly suburban community with wonderful neighbors. It is an honor being in a hospitality business by providing guests a comfortable and safe place to stay in their new environment while enjoying time with their loved ones. Welcome to my home!
