This home is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It seems brand new. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels available. The kitchen is well-appointed for use. The host was communicative and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Riverview area!

Jermaine's place is wonderful. Extremely clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice and a great place to walk for an evening stroll. The clubhouse pool was wonderful as well. Very clean, quiet, and well maintained. Jermaine is a great host. He was very responsive and helpful. If ever traveling to the Tampa area again, I would definitely return. His place is not far from Apollo Beach which was a lovely town as well.

My family stayed at Jermaine's house when visiting for a wedding. The house is spacious, clean, and beautiful. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed the community pool a short walk away. It had every amenity we could ask for. I highly recommend this Airbnb!
