The Artists Annex has been renovated to a high standard; a self-contained, bright, airy and arty space with well equipped kitchen in an open plan living space and bedroom with king size bed. Set in a peaceful, tranquil setting with outdoor seating and amazing views and sunsets over the moors. The Annex is set within a 0.5 acre garden next to the homeowners residence 'Tincotts' in the peaceful rural Hamlet of Trenilk. Guests can walk directly from the property to the Moors within 20 minutes. This peaceful rural retreat is situated in the Hamlet of Trenilk, within the picturesque village of Altarnun which features in Daphne Du Maurier's book "Jamaica Inn" . Situated only 3 minutes off the A30 there is easy access to the whole of Cornwall with a 30 minute drive to the North or South coast . This is an ideal location for keen walkers who can walk directly onto the Moors and Havalna Plantation. Pets: dogs ONLY - We charge an additional pet cleaning fee of £7 for a dog and £10 for 2 dogs. As a dog lover, we welcome your well behaved and fully trained four legged friends! However, they cannot be left unattended at any time in the annex or garden due to the livestock in surrounding fields. Doggy paws are not permitted in the bedroom or on the bed / sofa please. Please exercise dogs on the lead in the garden, or they can be taken out into the lane. If you intend to bring more than one dog please message me before booking to discuss.
