We had an amazing stay at this villa! It looks exactly like the pictures and it was absolutely spotless. The pool and apartment were cleaned once during our week stay and fresh towels left. There was lots of room for our party of 7 and we made good use of the outside space and the pool which is huge. The kitchen was also well equipped with plenty of glasses and plates as well as everything you would need to cook. Dishwasher tablets and washing liquid was also provided which was very helpful. The location was also great - in a quiet setting but a 10 minute walk from the beach and a bus ride away from a few towns. It was nice to have the outside fencing so we felt very secure.

Helena is an attentive and caring hostess who goes out of her way to assist guests. the home has more than everything one can reasonably require for a stay of a good few weeks. the patios and outside areas with beautiful lawns, trees, BBQ area and really good decent sized pool are all excellent. many adverts oversell the accommodation - not in this case. Will definitely return when circumstances permit.

Family of 6 adults used the villa. Plenty of space for 8 adults. We encountered some minor issues which the hosts very quickly resolved. Helena and Yanus were great hosts and very helpful. The villa is presented magnificently and is contemporary. Good kitchen facilities and bathrooms well presented. Gardens are well tended with olive trees to the rear. Would definitely come back again. Thank you...we all had a great time in your lovely villa.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The pool was nice, so were the rooms. Our Driver from the Airport to the Villa was a part of the Hosts Team and he was very patient and a very nice Guy. The communication with the Hosts was great. Also we got a free car included with the Airbnb which was very nice. For the price-performance ratio I think the price should be lower. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful new Villa with all amenities you need! Communication was always quick, friendly and great! We had a wonderful time at Villa Aviana and can highly recommend this place!
