Great place to relax and disconnect from everything! The only negative thing we encountered was the mosquitoes, so make sure you bring repellent. Everything else was just wonderful!

The Sea and Sand Air BNB is everything you could wish for. It is immaculate, free of kitschy beach decorations, great view and a simple walk to the beach through a clean cut yard and path through the dunes. The roar of the ocean is ever present and Sargent always offers remarkable sea shell hunting. The surf fishing was moderately good. No crowds at the beach! The house has everything you might need to cook in for the night and the dishwasher is really helpful. The washer and dryer for "fishing clothes" is a must and worked well. This was our second stay and hope to make it a regular trip. Thanks. Gordon for a wonderful stay ! Mike and Liz Bean

So lovely. Location near the ocean is the superstar here. Quiet, low-key area. We were glad we planned ahead and had most of the groceries we needed for cooking and meals. Not a lot in the way of supplies and restaurants. Well-appointed cottage with most of the essentials. No ice maker, so buy a bag on the way in. Host was super helpful and communicative.

Absolutely wonderful all the way around! Went for my Birthday weekend, we got to the beach early to hang out before checkin. We were able to actually check in early! The place was spotless and very functional. Everything we needed for the weekend including beach chairs and canopy. Short little walk to the beach. It was very private. Will be staying here again!

We were looking for a quiet, no-fuss spot to be still, unplug, and decompress and this was perfect! The beach was easy to get to, the house was super clean with lots of thoughtful touches (like NICE beach chairs and shade canopy, coffee pods, plenty of clean linens, games, and paperbacks) We will definitely visit this spot again....as soon as possible.
