Amazing place! The house itself is beautiful and great for groups to hang out together. The beach right outside was amazing and so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

La Contingencia was beautiful. The house was great, the beach was amazing. We loved the views and the location. It was private, quiet, and relaxing. Fernando was great to be responsive and communicated well with us. It was a great stay for our family. Thank you.

Great location about 30 minutes south of Ensenada, directly on the beach. It is quite large. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom. The other bathroom is directly outside 2nd bedroom. There is ample seating at the dining table and the living area. The beach is beautiful and easy direct access. Here are our issues some of which have been relayed to the owner. The kitchen drawers are in disarray and mouse excrement was quite prevalent. We had to wash most of the utensils and dish drainer was disgusting with food. No hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels or bath mats. Much of the kitchen cabinets had stuff messily stashed in them .The laundry room was filled with all kinds of household items, including in the sink and so we did not use it. Also inconsistent hot water in bathrooms and kitchens.This would be an over the top place if the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned and organized and care was taken to make the guests feel welcome instead of feeling like we were an afterthought.
