I almost never leave less than a 5 star review, but several things about this Air BnB experience really need to be improved. The space is great, and this could be a wonderful BnB with some improvements. The pros: - Good location. Not right in the heart of Setubal, but about a km walk into town. The area directly around the place is residential and was quiet. - The space is newly renovated. The cons: - A 5pm check-in is very late. Most Air BnBs are 3pm at the latest. We also had to wait for an hour outside (after telling the host we'd be there at 5) to meet to pick up the keys. For check out I had to call Hugo to get instructions after trying to contact via the app for an hour. - No coffee pods, no mitts to remove things form the oven, no soap or shampoo, etc. - The sofa pictures is not the sofa in the apartment. The actual sofa is a day bed that is extremely uncomfortable. - The bathroom has a foul smell from the drain. Leaving the windows open for a few hours fixed this.

Melhor do que o esperado, apartamento limpo e muito bem organizado, cozinha completa , quarto aconchegante e confortável e muito bem localizado vale a pena se hospedar.

I stayed only 2 nights at Hugo’s place but it was very comfortable. The place was easy to find and very clean. Totally worth its price.

The building is quite dated and not pristine, by any means. However, this apartment has been nicely remodelled. The shower is wonderful, with lots of water flow. The kitchen is spacious, but lacks a dishwasher...there is an empty space where it would normally be installed. The Nespresso coffee-pod machine was greatly appreciated. The beds look cheap, like something from the IKEA catalog, and very low to the floor. They are comfortable, though. The towels were stiff, as though they had been air-dried, and were quite stinky (sheets and pillowcases, too). The apartment had a bad odor, as well, which went away after leaving all windows open for a day. Otherwide, everything felt very clean.

Tranquilo , sem problemas na entrada e saída. Apartamento com tudo que se precisa para uma boa estadia e seguro. Apreciação do lugar. Obrigada pela atenção!
