This home was absolutely fabulous. The location, while very out of the way, is stunning with lovely well kept gardens and excellent views of the surrounding countryside. The house is excellent for multi generational groups, with lots to do and a variety of spaces both outside and inside (if the weather forces you in!) The kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of fridge space for the number of people it sleeps. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided very detailed instructions on directions and other helpful points as needed. We could not recommend this house more!

Sapey court cottage was a dream. Such a peaceful beautiful location and a beautiful house to match. We felt right at home and it was lovely to arrive find a warm house with fire embers. So much space it was the perfect get away for our annual trip with friends. Lovely and clean with Everything we needed! The tennis court and table tennis were a great plus and the kids loved running around the house feeling totally free and safe. The pool could have been cleaner but it didn’t stop us have a great time dipping in. We’ll definitely be back!!

The house is beautiful and well kept - the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was very peaceful with lovely views. The tennis court was a real bonus as well as the great kitchen/ living space which is perfect for a big group. There was also a lovely welcome basket when we arrived which was very thoughtful, and generally the house had everything we needed. The only downside is that there is not enough hot water for everyone to have showers - there is a booster but it’s tricky if everyone wants to shower at similar times.

We stayed here to celebrate New year with family. The home was lovely, very peaceful and had some really nice walks! We enjoyed playing tennis and the other games the home had to offer (darts, ping pong, board games etc). The only thing I would say is that the hot water is limited and each day only 3 of us could have a hot shower and wash up, which isnt really enough when the house fits 10 people
