Beautifully designed cottage with everything one could need! The pellet fireplace made it all quite cozy and the decorations were beautiful. Samantha was amazing and exceptionally helpful with local knowledge. I will absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous stay with Samantha at the lovely gite in Troche a small village surrounded by apples! We had 4 nights here and it was all as described. Comfy bed and lovely and clean. Dipped in pool which was a great asset and well maintained. But the star of the show is Sam who went way beyond with help and suggestions for places to visit and eat (even phoning through to check a restaurant) We left as friends and will certainly be returning one day. Thank you Sam ! you made our road trip through France one to remember - hope to meet George next time! X

Contacted hosts to give an ETA and requested a local supermarket and from that point onwards, they could not have been more helpful. Sam and George met us on arrival and showed us the the gite and grounds. A beautiful barn conversion with 3 B&B rooms in the main farmhouse. We were in the gite with 2 dogs (large fenced in run for them). Well equipped kitchen, large living room (with English TV) and big double bed and bathroom. We stayed for 10 days and it was probably the most relaxed I have been in a long while. Large 5 x 11m pool, local restaurants, good walks through the orchards, historic villages and swimming lakes. Great for people with horses / dogs. We will be back, hopefully with family staying in the main farmhouse!!!
