This home is extremely spacious and very comfortable. It’s very family friendly and our kids absolutely loved the ping pong table. They played for hours. The added bonus of a thermostat for the upper level was great for our family because some prefer it cooler than the others. Beautiful furniture and the sofa will suck you right in, trust me, you won’t want to get up. Very cozy! We felt very at home there and will definitely be booking again. Levar was very accommodating and responsive to questions. The driveway is tricky but clear instructions for parking were given and we had no problems. I think the biggest thing it to respect the fact that it’s a shared driveway with the neighbors and this is their home so be mindful of how you would feel about someone you don’t know taking up your driveway. It’s super easy to just be kind and follow the given instructions for parking. All in all 10 outta 10!

The home was perfect for our family! The bedrooms are larger than they appeared in the photos and very comfortable. The bathrooms are renovated. The living room with large sectional sofa was a great place to visit and unwind after busy days of wedding festivities. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The driveway parking is extremely narrow, but street parking is available and easy. Levar was very responsive and provided detailed and easy to follow instructions. Highly recommend!

The house was 3 blocks from the wedding venue we were in town for. The house had all the room my family with adult children needed to have our own spaces. We enjoyed sitting outside with morning coffee.

I absolutely loved the historical neighborhood the house was warm and relaxing very clean quiet day and night lots of good restaurants if I'm ever in the area again I will call him

Easy check in and check out. Levar responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay. Safe area...felt comfortable walking our dog. Comfortable beds and newer and clean bathrooms. I was traveling with my elderly mom so I was happy to find a place with 2 bedrooms on first floor with a bathroom as well. There were only 3 of us but if you are a larger group the house has a nice sized dining room. Nice front porch. We had a larger vehicle but we didn't have any issues with parking in the driveway and you can always park in the street across from the house. Thanks for a nice stay!
