Nice place to stay. Very flexible with the check in- Request early though. One thing to be aware is that 4th room on floor 1 is not very spacious. Something to consider if you need 4 rooms of equal space. Overall, all my guests recommended this place.

Other reviews discuss the stairs, bathrooms, and 1st floor bedroom. Be sure to read those to know what you are getting into with this unit. The place is big with room for lots of people. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture is low to the ground and really needs to be replaced. It is uncomfortable and the couch looks broken on one side.There is also not a lot of sitting in the living room for lots of people. It makes it hard to gather in there as a result. A sitting place in the master bedroom and 3rd-floor bedroom would be nice so people have places to sit, relax, and be comfortable. The kitchen needs a colander to strain noodles and some big serving spoons. Not having these made cooking harder. Having a crockpot was nice and there were plenty of plates, cups, etc.

There was horrible smells in the house and the reason was given by the owner was because of the party before us left the intense smell and they could not get rid. I consider the price was a bit high but I consider it is decent. I paid cleaning fee and everything else so I expected to have a cleaning place to come but turned out disappointed. Overall, the place is quite spacious, decent decoration, there were plenty of towels were provided. The place is a good fit for a large group of people.
