Mark was such a friendly, helpful host. The house was nicer than expected and extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and random snacks/foods/spices. Everything was clean. The upstairs queen bed is soft (fine for me!). Single bed on main level was more firm and very comfy. Nice neighborhood to walk. We walked to Kwik Trip to get food multiple times—only 10 minute walk. Not walkable to Mayo, but only 5 minutes to St. Mary’s and 10 minutes to Gonda. SUPER easy to get to and we would 100% stay here again.

Mark was beyond generous and accommodating as we are navigating many unknowns with my dad’s health and Mayo Clinic. We’re from northern Michigan so this was definitely a trip. We had everything we needed here and it felt like our own house. Mark was communicative and offered many words of encouragement. The house was spotless, comfy, and had so many amenities. My parents don’t ever stay in Airbnbs so they were cautious. However, this experience was so positive that they’re looking for places to go themselves! Thank you Mark and Stef!!!

This was another repeat stay at Mark’s place and we had another positive experience. Mark was very responsive to our timing requests and we were so grateful for that. The home was just as great as prior visits and we appreciated the amazing office set up for working remotely (especially having a comfortable office chair and extra monitor!). We would highly encourage others to stay at Mark’s place when needing housing in Rochester.

Very nice Airbnb home which was beautifully furnished with hardwood floors, antique furniture, and many thoughtful touches throughout. Our host Mark lives next door, and he stepped over to welcome us on our arrival. He and his wife made the house comfortable and home-like for our 10-day stay in December, even arranging a Christmas tree and cheerful outdoor lighting. It was a short, easy drive to the Mayo Clinic - and having a garage was a big plus in the winter months. Thank you so much. We appreciated being able to stay here.
