Priyanka's place was great. I stayed there for 2 weeks with 4 others for some work that was being done in the area and the place was great. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the den was great to relax in, and having an air hockey and foosball table was icing on the cake. Because we were working we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy the surroundings but the view was great and I would have loved to have a bonfire and hangout there for a weekend. I would definitely recommend the place!

Not Waterfront -The walk to the water is down a driveway, across the road on another municipal address. Both properties are very private and very nice. The cottage where you stay is clean and neat. The outside deck is large and great for lounging. The fire pit in the front is nice. To get to the waterfront you will need to walk down the driveway, across the road, and down another driveway. There is a nice deck down there with a smaller vacant cottage with a mud room to store your play stuff. There is a BBQ there and all the toys (canoe, inflatables, paddle boat). The water is very shallow for 100' (Maybe 2-3' deep) . The launch was great for my 16' boat. Just be careful of some big rocks until you get to the deeper water. I chewed up my prop first time out (my mistake). dock fishing with worms will produce some random small fry. Deeper water has bass and perch and sunfish. The lake is small, beautiful and very private. Bugs were not bad. A little spendy for not being on waterfront
