Walmart is a short walk for any supplies you do not bring with you. This complex allows pets ONLY for owners. This is strictly enforced. Guests that attempt to bring pets will fined and potentially evicted by the property management. The only exception to this is a registered service dog. Emotional Support Animals are NOT allowed on complex grounds. There is no smoking allowed in the condo. Violators could be fined and/or evicted. There is a designated smoking area somewhat near the tiki bar. If you have a wagon and you are driving to the property you should consider bringing it so you can haul your stuff to and from the beach. The outdoor pool is not heated so could be a little chilly early/late season. We do have a smaller indoor heated pool. The building is showing its age but the condo itself is great. The resort grounds are also well kept. Nice being on the second floor as well. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay but the condo made for a nice refuge when needed! Would go back! Stayed Feb 2022 Very impressed exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with everything close by. The view from our balcony was excellent for a perfect sunset. Beautifully decorated but still cozy. Amazing views from the balcony. We even saw dolphins one day! The beds were all extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped to make almost all of our meals during our stay, including a nice selection of spices. Dishwasher, large fridge, nice pantry, blender, toaster….all you need! The short walk down to the beach from this 2nd floor condo was perfect. A gorgeous beach with plenty of room to build sand castles, find seashells, and play frisbee. We loved our time here and hope to return! stayed Dec 2021 This condo is AMAZING! Super clean. Very convenient location on 2nd floor. We rarely used the elevator! Reserved parking space was awesome. The 3 bathrooms and washer/dryer were such an added bonus for our family of 6. We spent lots of time on the balcony which overlooked the gorgeous pool and ocean. The view was fabulous! The condo was so beautiful and comfortable and very clean. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including spices! I loved how I could walk around the pool with the palm trees and not get sand on my sneakers. We sat at the tables outside and just watched the waves come in. I could have stayed forever!
