Parking is available on any of the gravel rocks and private driveway on the west side of the property. Please don’t block the driveways of any current residents.
Garbage:
Guest will need to haul away their own garbage (no commercial garbage service at this property.) There are two garbage cans provided if full then please haul away any that won’t fit in garbage cans.
Deposit.
They will also agree to keep the place in as close to the conditions as it was found upon arrival (explained above). we will take a deposit for damages. We will refund the deposit for damage if there is no report of any damages and the property is left in the same condition that is found at arrival. Please view the additional house rules for all other rules relating to your booking.
Extra Fees:

A lost keys replacement fee of $30.
Tables and chairs rental fee. Five round tables and 60 chairs will accommodate up to 60 guests. Fee: 150.00

There is a $300 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 Late CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/cohost in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. We have a $100/a day animal fee indoors or out
Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your Host/Cohost and that you will not attempt to damage your host business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host. If you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees if a court proceeding is needed.
Alterations result in a minimum 50 % change fee to the affected dates and up to the host's discretion. Add-on services, such as early check-in fees, are also only refunded at 50%, even if you cancel your booking once you are no longer within your free cancellation period.
House Rules:
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. We as our guests leave the property in as close to the condition as they found it. This means: You should clean up after yourselves from cooking and dishes. Our housekeeper should be able to come in and take care of the linens and focus on general Sanitizing.
2. This is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. you can find our house manual and chick in guide her on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will know to contact the Airbnb host Before reading the house manual and the entire listing.
3 No smoking or vaping allowed. No Illegal substances are allowed on the premises
4. Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am
5. No Unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8 Respect check-in and check-out times
9. Take extra care of your key. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $30.
10. Take care of the furnishings. you must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
