The room is good for one single night, since it is quite run down and very basic - but for the price that’s ok I guess. The common area is nice and the lady who welcomed us was really nice and helpful. The house is very close to the harbour, so it’s perfect if you need to catch the ferry in the morning.

We had a bad experience at this property. The reality is not whats shown in the photos or they were probably taken, when the place was in a better condition. We couldn't use the toilet because it was clogged. There was visible mold all over the room and the air was full of an acrid smell, which seemed unpleasent to the lungs. We usually don't have very high expectations and tried to communicate friendly but according to the landlady there was no other room available. We spent most of the night on the sofa in the little community area, since the moldy smell wasn't as strong there. There was a dog on a leash inside that coughed and vomited all night long (loudly and smelly - no one came to look for the dog), there were cockroaches in the bathroom as well. All in all it was a terrible experience. The host will probably write an angry answer to this review like we saw he has done before, when people pointed out the state of the place but we want people to know what to expect.
