Great extended stay place for two people. We decided to take a break from the colder weather of PA and spend time with family and friends who live nearby. This location was perfect. Everything matched the description and Nicole is so friendly and responsive! Everything was clean and in good condition. Plenty of closet space. Comfortable bed. The linens and towels were some of the best condition and quantity I’ve ever seen in an AirBnB! And the decor is so darn cute! I really appreciated the working space too! We used the heated pool and sitting dock area almost everyday. You can’t beat ending a day sitting by the water any better than here! The condo complex itself is well maintained, quiet, safe, and the other residents are very friendly. We met several fantastic people in the evenings by the water. We did not use the laundry facilities here, we took wash to my families home. My only “oh well” complaint…the bathroom is tiny and tight, but I got used to it. I would be back!

Nicole made my transition from Ohio to Florida seamless! She was so warm and welcoming!!! I would recommend this perfect location condo to everyone! It is literally 1 mile from St. Pete beach and 1 Mile from Treasure Island. The condo is secure in a gated community so you feel safe! The pools and the grounds are also very clean and extremely beautiful!!! The pool is also right on the intercostal! A perfect vacation or get away spot!

This place is AWESOME! The condo is just as clean, hip, and cozy as the photos. Condo: The appliances are all new. The kitchen is great to cook in and there's plenty of storage. The host provides plenty of great dishes, pots and pans, etc. The living area is spacious and nicely decorated. I was working remotely and felt like I could work during the day and relax later on and didn't feel trapped (as working "from home" can sometimes feel). The bed is sooooo comfortable. There are also some big windows in the bedroom, living room, and dining room to let in that natural light. There's a good amount of storage in the bathroom and bedroom as well. Complex: I would highly recommend waking up early and watching the sunrise from the eastward facing back deck along the intercoastal canal. The view is stunning and everyone I shared a sunrise moment with was friendly. The pool area and grille areas are nice as well. The whole property is well maintained. There's a good mix of full time residents, part time residents, and vacationers to get to know. Location: I couldn't be happier with the location. Sunset Beach is a nice walk for sunset or a quick drive for a beach day. I've really enjoyed the St Pete Beach / Treasure Island area the condo is on and also love that it's just an easy 10 minutes to Gulfport, 20 minutes into downtown St Pete and 40 minutes into Tampa. I also took some fun trips to Florida Springs and State Parks. Even if you just stayed close to the condo, you'd have a great time. And it's felt very safe. Host: Nicole has been a pleasure to rent from. She's been very communicative and friendly through my whole process of booking and staying. I loved the rental so much, I extended the time I had originally planned. If you're looking for an awesome, AirBnB, this is the one! The photos may look too good to be true, but they're accurate!
