Heloise was such a lovely host and very responsive and flexible. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. I’d recommend this air b&b to anyone. I hope I can stay again in the future!

The apartment was really beautiful, but I was charged an extra cleaning fee because dishes were left unwashed. There were no instructions regarding having to wash the dishes before leaving so I was shocked when I received the fee. Other than that, the stay was really nice and Heloise accommodated a late check out which was really appreciated.

Really nice place - spacious, comfortable. Easy to use the heating and the facilities. Really beautiful flat, with lovely furnishings. Heloise was super responsive and on hand when we had any requests. Area is nice and lively - a bit loud outside - not so loud you can’t sleep but loud enough to be heard. Just need to watch out for the self check in, the pick up/drop off place isn’t 24 hours and is not next to the flat. Overall, really pleased with the stay!

The flat was pristine and just as described. Would 100% recommend this place. Such a lovely space in a great location. Had a little bit of trouble accessing the lockbox, which is located in a nearby supermarket but the host was very responsive, apologetic and helpful. The surrounding area is also amazing lots of great restaurants, bars etc and directly next to a metro station. Thanks Heloise!
