We had an amazing stay, the backyard is beautiful and amazing for the kids. In a great part of town, and an all around beautiful house!

Victor was a very responsive host and so nice. The home was very clean and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable (we did not use the other bedrooms) The yard is huge and the deck was nice, But if you have children with you (we did not) i would be leery of letting them play on the wooden play area adjacent to it because areas of it were not in good shape. There is also renovations being done to the basement of the home. And just a note the streets or very narrow and hilly. Overall the home is "charming" and we enjoyed our stay!! Thanks Victor for being a great host and always being quick to respond to all of my questions.

We absolutely loved staying at Victor's place! Starting with the outside, the azaleas and other flowers were in full bloom in the front yard. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing, surrounded by all the beauty. The backyard was incredible! Families with children would particularly love all the fun things to do back there. We enjoyed sitting and visiting with friends on the back deck. The inside was so welcoming and cozy. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer and cooked some meals in there. There was plenty of seating in various spaces to enjoy a meal. We hope to return to Birmingham in the future, and would love to stay at Victor's place again!
