Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di john per il capodanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. la casa è accogliente ampia e presenta tutti i confort per un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione è strategica per visitare le bellezze dell'Umbria. Sicuramente torneremo per apprezzare la splendida piscina presente nella struttura.

It was unfortunately quite an unpleasant staying. Beside the pool that was the real highlight of the place there was missing of most of the basic things such there were no body wash, little bins in the toilets where to throw everyday sanitary items and we found the towels were dusty and stained. The kitchen was also shockingly unfurnished: there was 1 tea towel in the whole kitchen and since there is no dishwasher it was very difficult to wash and dry things with that one towel. No bin bags to replace the rubbish bins when full. We couldn't even make coffee in the morning as the gas cooktop needed a lighter to turn on which was not provided (and none of us smokes so we didn't have any) - the owner did bring us old fashion matches when we pointed this out. The fridge did not work properly and the owner refused to believe us, saying that we were possibly opening it too often or messing with the control but when we eventually changed powerpoint it worked fine (so that was the issue, a

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni. Casa splendida, ottimo panorama, immersa nel verde e nelle colline umbre. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo in piscina. Consiglio a chi vuole relax e tranquillità immerso nei colli umbri.

Splendida struttura, abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni ed è stato tutto assolutamente perfetto! Il casale è in una vallata stupenda che ti aiuta a "staccare la spina" dal caos della quotidianità. La casa è confortevole e ben attrezzata, avrebbe solo bisogno di qualche attenzione in più nella pulizia generale, ma nel complesso, considerando la posizione e l'immenso giardino forse sarebbe anche difficile, pertanto non ne tengo conto! Per quanto mi riguarda sia John che il suo BnB sono super soddisfatto e sono certo che non mancherà occasione per tornarci!

Siamo stati tre giorni a ferragosto in 6 (tre coppie) nell’appartamento su due piani. Il proprietario John è fantastico. Rappresenta alla perfezione l’host che tutti vorrebbero incontrare. Gli spazi erano ottimi: cucina grande, salone spazioso nonostante due posti letto e stanze comodamente vivibili. Abbiamo passato tre giorni di relax con l’accesso diretto sulla piscina condivisa con altri ospiti. Todi è a 10 minuti di macchina per qualsiasi servizio. Consigliato per rilassarsi in compagnia. Una chicca la mansarda con il tavolo da Ping pong.
