Apart from small communication problems (I didn't get instructions how to get to the apartament until I arrived) everything was great. The location is close to the city center and beach. Parking place included in the rental helps a lot because finding parking spot in Tel Aviv is really a trick. The apartament is clean and well equipped. Internet connection was OK.

Li is a great host. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and made sure we have everything we need. When we told him our flight is late at night he offered (without us asking) a free-of-charge late checkout in addition to free parking nearby for the car we rented. The apartment itself was clean and modern. It may no longer be "brand new" per-se but 5 years old IS "brand new" in TLV! We had plenty of towels and sheets and he even put 2 large spring water bottles for us in the fridge. That was a very nice surprise. The apartment is fully loaded with everything we needed from washer/dryer to iron and board, from coffee machine to Nespresso machine to electric cattle. TV, cable and wifi were awesome too. The parking was really helpful (a rare find in TLV). It was a bit challenging to get in and out of it with a full-size vehicle and the multi-level/elevator-style operation added more time to the process but a compact car can easily make it there. Finally - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The apartment is located 5-10 min walk from the beach, and there are restaurants and bars everywhere. The Carmel Market (Shuk) is 3 min away. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend the host and the place!

One of the best place to stay in Tel Aviv 👌🏽 Spacious apartment with everything you need. Amazing balcony and private parking spot (that’s very rare to find in TLV) Li was great. He helped me with everything I need. I’ll definitely be back
