Tim was very attentive with responding to messages and letting me know he was available if anything was needed. It’s a very lovely home in a quiet neighborhood even with other homes being constructed at the time of my stay. Many businesses nearby for food and groceries or a short drive into Joliet. It was a pleasure staying there during my business trip.

This home was incredible. It is brand new and our family of 6 enjoyed our stay while waiting to get into our new home. Tim, the owner, was incredible to work with. He was available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Tim's beautiful home while visiting Joliet. Tim was very personable. He ensured we had everything we needed and also provided more information about the area where we stayed. The house looked exactly like what was shown in the pictures. It was very clean and organized. If we are in the area again and the home is available, we would love to return here.
