Firstly about Victoria, I had fantastic communication from her from start to finish, it made the build up to my trip a relaxed one and I always found her response to be really quick whatever time of day I contacted her. I had regular communication from Victoria just before we arrived which made for a very easy check in on the day. The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted, it was very clean and tidy on our arrival and as we needed the fold out bed it was easy enough to find as was the bedding. We were really impressed, it was as described on the listing, perfect for what we needed and in my opinion very much value for money. The location of the accommodation was great, it was a few minutes walk away from Times Square and Broadway, it was a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and close to everything you wanted in the area. The views from the apartment in the morning and evening were brilliant, we were very impressed. We had everything we needed.

Victoria was an excellent host with an excellent place to stay—very responsive, very friendly, and great location to stay near the heart of just about everything in NYC. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future!
