Emad's property is a renter's dream. Very easy access to the Huntington Beach walkway and pier while still staying private and tucked away. My family and I had a blast and always looked forward to returning to the house and relaxing after a long day out. We hope to return in the future with better weather so we can use the balcony and patio area more! Thanks again for a great stay!

My family and friends really enjoyed the home. It was clean, beds were comfortable, good quality linens and bath towels and nicely remodeled bathrooms. The location can’t be beat, just a block away from the beach. We also walked to Main Street, about a 15 min walk and 20 min to Pacific City. For fast and good Mexican take out, Fiesta Grill is just down the street. Plenty of street parking on the weekdays. There was a dog event on Saturday so street parking was a bit of a challenge. But after the event, street parking was easy. We would come back again as the location was perfect. Away from the crowds, but close enough to do things by the beach.

Beautiful place, walking distance to everything! Block away from beach which you can view from either patio. Beds were very comfortable and clean space throughout!

location was great. place was clean. person who met us there was competent and pleasant. the bathrooms were beautiful (if you could get used to the automatic light situation coming on in the middle of the night and going off during showers). on the not-so-positive side, we found the living area to be nearly impossible to relax in due to the style of the furnishings. we felt the outdoor furniture was not arranged to accommodate a realistic gathering. this in addition to the explicit instructions to move the furniture back the way it was and also cover them was an inconvenience that did not seem to be reflected in the property's price point. thanks to the owners for providing such a beautifully appointed place in close proximity to Huntington Beach.

My stay here was lovely. The hosts were extremely responsive and very kind and helpful. I had an issue with a neighbor, and they stopped by to sort it out for me. The place was lovely, as pictured, and I was able to take multiple long walks along the ocean every day because of the proximity. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
