We had a great Thanksgiving week with our (3) kids over age 17. The place had plenty of space and bedrooms + three bathrooms to accommodate all of us. We loved the location and especially having the 2nd & 3rd floors. We enjoyed the 2 balconies facing the ocean the most. It was really great having the parking spot (for small cars) and the extra garage space (for small/moderate cars). It makes a huge difference when you have parking. The area had plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We all had a great time or two at Belmont Park. The locals were friendly, and we always felt safe walking the boardwalk, day/night. The only negative was no Air Conditioning or Heating. There is great air flow through the house for keeping it cool but there were a couple nights we could have used some heat. Overall, a great space in a great place!

Nice place in a great location. Good size unit but incredibly rough. There’s is a great deal of rusting and water damage to doors and windows. Broken decorative glass pieces, iron burn on couch cushion. Definitely needs some renovations. Oven did not work, duct tape holding shower tiles, patio door frame has so much wood rot the door would just blow open, roof leaked during rain, garage door broke halfway through our stay and no maintenance performed. Terrible response time from host. Original booking expired before she even sent a response. Make sure you ask all questions prior to booking. Very difficult to get responses after booking. Almost no basic necessities provided such as coffee filters, dishwasher soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper.

Nancy’s place was the perfect size for our group. Location can’t be beat because it’s across from the beach. House needs A LOT of maintenance but was cozy and comfortable. We were bummed that the oven and dryer didn’t work, which we weren’t notified of, and the deck door lock was broken.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. There were several beach amenities in the garage which was an added bonus. We could also see the Seaworld fireworks from the top balcony. The place itself was clean but definitely worn. The kitchen was a good size but the oven was not working during our stay. We were disappointed in the condition of the grill and decided not to use it. With a little TLC this place could really shine!
