BBQ the fish you caught on the gas grill ... or sit around the fire pit & talk about the one that got away, as you watch the sunset over the lake. In the morning, enjoy your coffee relaxing on the patio while you listen to the sounds of the lake coming to life. There are many species of birds to be found here, so bring your binoculars & see how many you can find. Relax, you're at the lake! Your newly renovated apartment has it's own private entrance, patio & fire pit area overlooking Lake Hartwell. The living room & master bedroom have sliding glass doors that lead to the lake & your own private patio & gas grill. The master bedroom has a queen size bed & the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. They share a bathroom, which has a stand-up shower. There is a big screen smart TV in the living room if you just want to relax in one of the recliners. We have high speed internet, as well as Nintendo Switch. Lot of games to play and books to read if you like, too. We're 5 minutes from Friendship Boat Landing, 20 minutes from Clemson & Anderson.

The boys and I had a wonderful time fishing this weekend. Great corner cove for bass and crappie. Sid went above and beyond to take us fishing on his boat which really excited the boys. I think they enjoyed the boat ride the most 😁. Overall, great place to stay and great hosts. we will definitely see you again this year.
A peaceful getaway for a couple or small family with views of Lake Hartwell. 20 minutes from Clemson. Sid and Genny are friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first experience with Airbnb. It couldn't have been better. We received detailed instructions before arrival which answered my many questions. I had a couple of questions which were answered quickly. We loved the house and Sid and Genny are simply the best. We were warmly greeted on arrival and quickly shown around. We needed a place to stay while visiting our son, a student at Clemson University. We know we made the right choice. This location is so quiet and peaceful. The home is beautiful. It was a great weekend and we know we made the right choice. We will definitely be back.
Lovely setting and space…..we would gladly come back. There were such nice touches, from snacks and drinks to a fire laid for us, that made our stay special. Genny and Sid are excellent hosts!

This property is minutes from area campgrounds, marina & boat launch areas. Only five minutes from Friendship Boat Landing, 12 minutes from Townville Boat Landing. Clemson University is 20 minutes away by car and an hour by boat.
