The cabin was a wonderful stay and had all the great amenities listed. Shane was very communicative, responsive, and helpful. This was a great stay and in a private area but close enough to all the great hikes and climbs in the area. Absolutely recommend this stay.

Had the best time in RRG staying at Shane’s cabin! The pictures do NOT do the property justice. There’s a ton of room to hang out and lots of things that’ll keep you busy all weekend. I chose this place to house four couples, including myself and my partner and it fit everyone perfectly! A couple in our group opted for bringing their dog to the cabin and we loved the extra pet gear that was provided. The hot tub was clean and seemed very new, and there was firewood provided for us! There was definitely a lot of thought put into this place and we loved every minute of it. Booker be warned! The place is sitting on a mountain essentially. In the instructions it does state if you have 4WD to use it. Definitely only use a car that has 4WD, especially if it is raining getting to the house. It was tricky our first night, we had to reverse and take on the hill to get to the cabin serval times but was successful. Other than that it was great.

Great spot for a weekend at the Gorge with family. Centrally located, easy to find and great views. Shane was also friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Shane’s place is a step above. We’ve stayed several places and had memorable times, but this place has the extra that makes time to wind down with family fulfilling. The entry floor “entertainment” area is a dream. Pool table, foosball table, upright arcade with countless games, hot tub just out the door and a big screen with couch nestled center to it all. There are many nice cabins/rentals in RRG, but this one is a step above. I’ve only mentioned the entertainment level at this point, the remaining areas are just as awe inspiring. Host Shane is one of those select few that takes hosting to the next level. Categorizing them as responsive is somewhat an understatement, we felt like he was directly connected and helped us with all our questions in a premier hospitality way. Thanks for making our family stay together totally worth it!

Loved our stay at Bootleggers Retreat! Had plenty of space for kids to play and they loved sleeping in the loft and having their own space to play! Kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs and we used the coffee bar! Host was responsive and easy to communicate with!
