We have been visiting Pawleys Island once or twice a year for over 30 years. Kim's condo fit the bill perfectly for our home base during our week in Pawleys Island. Kim was very responsive, self check-in was a breeze. Condo was clean, comfy and nicely decorated, all the amenities we needed. We loved the screened balcony. Nice to be able to walk our dog in the community, which was quiet and well-kept. Convenient parking right in front of the unit (do note that the unit is a 3rd floor walk up-not an issue for us, however). The weather was still too cool for us to use it, but one of the community pools is just a short stroll away. Secluded from busy part of Pawleys but still easy drive to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again.
