The house served our purposes, but definitely needs some work.

I hate writing bad reviews but this was the worst AirBnB experience we’ve ever had. Ellen did not respond to several requests for checkin instructions. We had to get AirBnB involved and finally received a response 15 minutes before checkin time. We were in the area for a birthday and just booked this house so that we had a place to sleep. We got to the house around 2am and were disgusted by the dirty carpets, the cob webs, old food on the floor, dead bugs and mouse droppings everywhere. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. The listing stated that the house sleeps 10. We had 6 people in our party, including an 8 month pregnant woman, a teenager and several single people. Imagine our surprise when the additional sleeping spaces besides the 3 bedrooms were supposed to be on mattresses that are stored on the floor behind the cabinet in the living room. The sheets for these mattresses were crumpled on the shelf in the closet and blankets were on the dirty carpet.

Great location in the heart of the Hamptons. House is back off the main road with a lot of privacy. Beautiful deck looking into the wood.
