Spacious, clean, safe and quiet! Our home is nestled in the woods just 5 mins from the little city of Montgomery. We are a short ten minute drive to Lake Conroe, many parks, wedding venues, the National Forest, or even an hr from the great city of Houston. All your food and grocery needs within minutes. The property boast 2.25 fenced acres with a stocked pond, our luxury studio home “the barn” where we live, large garden where we grow our food, and a 1200 sq ft building built for fun! 600 sq ft gym while the other 600 sq ft allows for large groups to gather. Ping pong, darts, large movie screen, cornhole, board games, outdoor cooking area with grill and smoker, chairs for relaxing, horseshoes, hammocks, and so much more.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Matt and Ashley are AMAZING!! We decided this trip last minute for a quick get away. Anything we needed, they went above and beyond x100 to make this an amazing stay! The property is absolutely beautiful. The home was as described plus some. Very clean and plenty of room for our family of 8. There is a beautiful pond to fish. The fun house game/workout room located on the property was PERFECT! Our 6 kids ALWAYS had something to do and said this was one of their best trips! The animals on the property were also great and loving! We will definitely be back!!!!!!
Charming, ideal country refuge on a beautiful, self-sustaining, simple hobby farm. Matt & Ashley are exceptional, hospitable, proactive and creative!
I’ve stayed in a lot of Air BnB’s and this was one of my favorites. Matthew was quick to respond to our questions and the home was clean and well stocked with things we might need. There were so many places to sleep and it was perfect for our multi-family event. LOVED the sweet calico kitty, friendly white dog and alarm rooster! We felt right at home and plan to go back when we can spend more time.
Matthew and Ashley were so accommodating and friendly! Any questions we had were answered quickly. The property was beautiful and the home was warm and cozy, and there was so much to do! We stayed here with family for a wedding, and this property is very neutral to lots of venues in Montgomery which was so convenient and much more reasonable than local hotels! 10/10 recommend and definitely would stay again. 😊
Matthew's place is great. Plenty of room for my big family. Only downfall; I wish we would've been made aware prior to booking that our dogs would not be able to roam free on the property. There's alot of land to run and play but we were required to keep them on leash unless very early AM or dark PM.

In the woods but close to town. Only a 4 minute drive to the grocery store and downtown Montgomery. Walk, bike, or rollerblade the quiet back roads to really take in all that the area has to offer.
We can park large groups of people very easily.

Hey we are Matt and Ashley Eaton. We live on our small farm in Montgomery, Texas. We love to travel, to serve others, and to pursuit growth in our lives. Our profession is personal training and we have the luxury of doing so in our private gym located on our farm. We’ve got it all in one place but getting out to see the world, experience different cultures, and to living life to the fullest is most important to us. Our property has our main house, our new camper parked next door, and our brand new tiny home that we live in at the back end of our property. A full sized gym and also Ashley’s garden. Both The Farm House and The Farm Shack are for rent. We would love to have you as a guest.
