The apartment boasted ample space, spotless cleanliness, and a responsive host, making my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. The convenience of the location added significant value to my trip, allowing easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. The apartment's spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably, which was especially appreciated after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I stepped in. However, while the apartment was well-equipped, one minor improvement opportunity stood out to me. Although the bathroom facilities were modern and functional, the absence of a holder for the bidet was a small inconvenience. Adding this simple feature would enhance the convenience and comfort of the bathroom experience for future guests. In conclusion, my stay in this rented apartment was highly satisfactory.

It is walking distance to SM and Yashano Mall. The place is above the Mexita Pizza which also offer billiards. In order to go the place, you have to pass by the Mexita and climb up on the stairway. The place is huge, specially the sala. They have complete kitchen utensils if you want to cook. 2 bedrooms with aircon, but the sala only have electric fan. The tv have netflix and cable but it was hang a bit too high. They provided towels to all the guests. There's only one CR that is huge with bidet. Overall, the place has a great location in the sense that everything is accessible.

Booked the place last February but had to reschedule because there was a slight volcanic eruption and we were bringing with us an infant. Sir Allan was kind enough to suggest that we reschedule before we forfeit our payment. The place was nice and felt like home to us. It was spacious for 5 adults and 1 walking toddler. He had enough room to play, and there were even toys in the cabinet which he played with. Family-friendly place. The kitchen, dining room, bathroom and sala were clean. Just saw one cockroach but it went away easily. If I may suggest, please add more utensils and diningwares so its enough for 5 staying persons. Plus points because it’s walkable distance to SM City Legazpi and Yashano where you can buy anything you need. It’s located above a pizza place so there’s available food downstairs if you’re tired to prepare food. In summary, we enjoyed our stay at Allan’s place. Highly recommended to families with children.
