Very comfortable property just as described, cleanliness was no issue and it was easily accessible due to the close proximity to the metro station. Sarah was very responsive and helpful as a host, answering any questions and even allowed an early check in.

Regrettably, this property is in dire need of maintenance. The heating system is flawed; it requires hourly reprogramming, disrupting comfort and sleep. The washing machine was also out of order for our entire week-long stay, an inconvenience we hadn't anticipated. Worse, we experienced water infiltration through the windows and ceiling, which posed health risks and made it challenging to enjoy our stay. The issues we faced weren't minor; they significantly affected our experience. I hope the owner addresses these urgent problems. This was one of my worst Airbnb experiences, and I can't recommend this property until improvements are made.

The flat is a relatively good size and has nice decorative aspects. However, it could do with a refresh . The propertys garden was covered in rubish when we got there (something which was never fixed) and the showers temperature was either scolding hot or freezing cold. On top of this it had a button on which if pressed in stopped the shower from working. This would have been useful information for when we arrived. Overall if you were using it as a base to go out to other places its fine but if its meant to be a base for living it needs some woek doing.
