We stayed in this accomodation for three and a half months as I was in Amiens for a health issue and stayed in hospital also. Betarice and her whole family has been extremely friendly and supported us in everything we needed. Beatrice lives next door and is extremely responsive. Because I was recovering from a major operation I spent a lot of time at home and used all the facilities at home. Everything works well and the house was very clean. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and even baking. We stayed over the winter months of December through to mid-March hence the coldest period and had no issues either with heating or hot water. The house has a lot of windows and is bright. Has a nice gardenin front and a backyard equiped with garden furniture and even a barbeque although we weren't able to utilize them due to weather conditions. Beatrice and her husband brough us fresh vegetables from the garden a few times and even gave me a present at check out.

I am a long term renter. I chose this place as a quiet and modern house away from the city and close to the city. This house is only 8 km away from the city center; It is a new house that cannot be compared to the houses in the city center. The house is designed in such a way that all needs are taken care of. There is a nice grocery store 3 km away for food and drinks etc. There is also a pharmacy, a barber, a local bar and a fishmonger and delicatessen that comes on certain days of the week. Of course a car is a must! Incidentally; the owners live next door and occasionally surprise you with fresh vegetables plucked from the field. Handicaps: There is only 1 toilet in the house. The bathroom may be low for those who are tall. We were happy, we thank them.

Beatrice is a great host. She lives next door. She is always accessible and always responds very quickly. The place was very clean and matched the photos and the description.
