The house is 100 years old, so it has some imperfections, but it also has the beautiful charm of a century home. - Master bedroom has a new king mattress and new high-quality linens - "Boys" room has two twin beds with pirate decor and a full-sized crib, as well as a desk - "Girls" room has twin beds and Disney Frozen decor - Bathroom has a tub and shower. Decent shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even baby shampoo provided. - All high quality sheets and towels - The hot tub is in the shared backyard, which is fenced on three sides for privacy. The hot tub is shared between the two units but it doesn't get much use, so most likely you'll have private use of the hot tub. - The back yard also has a nice picnic table area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, so you can enjoy the outdoors - The front porch is private for the first floor unit and provides a perfect space to enjoy morning coffee/tea (both provided). - The dining table seats six comfortably, but we also provide a childrens' table, making this a wonderful place for a long-term stay with kids.
