Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake. This 1700 sq ft condo has 2 large bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms have expansive views of the course and woods behind us. If you're lucky you'll catch a deer siting. The main bedroom has king bed with an attached bath with a 4 piece bath and door leading out onto the back patio. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and an attached 3 piece bath. The living area is open concept with the kitchen opening up to the dining and living areas and views of the golf course through large windows along the back. While we sleep 6 comfortably, we do have a flex space that can accomodate 1 or 2 kids for sleeping. Please message for more information.
