Ashley's place was in a great location, with free parking and we felt safe staying there. It was an easy, beautiful walk to a lake view and nearby activities. The decor and the electric fireplace was nice and cozy. Having an in-unit washer was a nice amenity. The bed was very firm/hard which was okay for me but left my partner with soreness upon waking up. Upon leaving guests must wash their own dishes, but we found many of the dishes upon arriving for our stay to be poorly washed/dirty so we needed to rewash them. The floors were somewhat dusty, where it left a a bit of dirt on our feet. The host was responsive upon first booking, but it took a couple messages to get back to us in regards to other questions. Overall it was a nice and affordable getaway to explore Peoria.
