Great/safe location for food or Coastal Trail access. Views of the water from the hot tub was nice. Loved the bathroom showers floor and everything was spotless. There are 3 total rental units within this building but walls seem thick enough to keep neighbors sounds low/not heard. Had a issue with another renter using our hot-tub at 4am. It was handled quickly and professionally by Vacasa. I would suggest a hot-tub lid that can be locked to help prevent this issue again. Overall we would rent this unit again.

The bnb was very clean and looked like a recent remodel. However, the coffee pot did not work and the host did not replace it despite telling us they would and us talking to them multiple times a day throughout our stay. They said they would bring one right away but never did. The listing was not for the entire house, but for a small basement unit. The hot tub is shared with the other unit not a private hot tub and when we sat in the hot tub we could see into the unit next door’s window. Overall not a good value for the money.

It was warm with privacy, but just a few minutes’ walk away from downtown Anchorage, and the hot tub was just what we needed.
