This is a delightful well- furnished house in an excellent location close to shops and with easy access to buses into the centre of Dublin. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay, particularly the conservatory with access to a nice little garden and plenty of comfortable seats. At night the house was poorly lit with heavily shaded floor lamps, and a poorly lit staircase up to the bedrooms with no hand-rail. Better instructions about where to find the hot water switches, work the shower etc would have saved a lot of time on arrival, and our complaint that two TVs were out of order was not remedied during our stay.

Lovely apartment and in a grea location. There is a management company that runs this for the owner, so the small issues I had have nothing to do with the owner themselves. There were quite a few spider webs - mainly bathroom window and downstairs windows. Then there is a separate folder and cellphone that you have to use to get out the gate - this is not explained in the welcome email with all the instructions and if you don't find this folder you will not know about it. other than that this place I'd absolutely lovely and in such a fantastic location. my only suggestion would be for the owners to stay on top of your management company

Had a great stay here and would stay again next time in Dublin. Very well-equipped apartment, great location, peaceful, and we loved the houseplants!
