Home location prime next to beach and restaurants. we went for thanksgiving weekend and it was comfortable and cozy. Randy was excellent with communication and made sure the house was ready for us.

Randy is a very responsive host who really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We had a few issues upon check-in that were quickly resolved and did not interfere with our overall enjoyment of the property. Furniture and linens could use to be updated and an overall refresh of the home is due; however, what the property lacks in these areas, it more than makes up for in location. If you are expecting "luxe" furnishings, you will be disappointed. But, its proximity to the beach and downtown restaurants/shopping are hard to beat. For those of you who are longtime Sea Bright fans, the house is located directly behind Woody's (Ichabod's). The police and fire station are directly behind the house, but did not create a disturbance nor detract from our stay. There is enough room for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 additional parking passes for street parking. Home also has attached garage for beach gear and such. My guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay and were sad to leave.

This house is absolutely beautiful and couldn't be better located -- steps from the beach, walking distance to all of the great restaurants in Sea Bright, etc. Very spacious with 5 beautiful bedrooms and a lovely kitchen/living area. Randolph was always available for any questions and we had a wonderful family vacation. Planning on going back again next summer. Highly recommend.
