We rented this place to host my niece's sweet 16. The host was super accommodating and they even left a present for my niece which was super thoughtful. They really exemplify what it means to rent a place on Airbnb. From the jump, they answered our questions before we booked and it helped made the decision easy. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to include the checkout instructions in the app. I did not realize the checkout instructions were emailed to me 3hrs before checkout. 3hrs before check out we are in packing and organizing mode and it helps to have the instructions in the app ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and make sure we follow their rules and leave it in better condition than we found it. This place was awesome and if you have a big family or looking to get away, you cannot find a better place in Loganville/Grayson/Snellville area, trust me, we looked lol
