With the home situated only a short 10-minute stroll to the beach or a short drive to Wallaroo town center, its the perfect place to settle for the weekend or mid week stay. The Holiday House North Beach expansive lawn invites kids to play and run around in a safe, fenced environment. The undercover alfresco with Webber Q facilities opens up from the open plan living space with a large sliding door. From here you can enjoy cooking dinner or supervising the children whilst they play in the backyard. Spend the day down at second beach or exploring everything the Copper Coast and surrounds has to offer. Then return home knowing the R/C air conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round. Inside The Holiday House you will find 4 bedrooms, the master suite boasting a queen size bed, 2 rooms with double beds and the fourth room a versatile space with a pull out day bed converting to a king size bed. All rooms have built in robes, the master having a walk through robe leading you to the private ensuite. The main bathroom hosts a full size bath, shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. In the open plan living space you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer and built in dishwasher. The island bench overlooks the large 8 seater dining table followed by the L shaped couch, perfect for snuggling in during those cooler months. The large 75 inch tv, with Bluetooth sound bar, provides access to most streaming platforms. The second living space is designed with the young family in mind. 2 smaller couches allow the children to watch the 32 inch tv with Netflix and YouTube capabilities. There is also a DVD player, Nintendo Wii, books, toys and board game selection in the space to keep all ages entertained. The laundry is equipped with a front-loading washer-dryer combo, clothes airer and basic cleaning supplies to support you during your stay.
